| Abstract: | After the previous phototgraphy and the post film editing, TV programs at last are made into the videos that TV station needs. Then the most economic and practical way for the producer of the programs to preserve is to burn them into VCD, S-VCD or DVD. Puts forward and discusses some ideas about how to improve the success rate in burning and recording TV programs. |
