摘    要:沥青路面动态应变测试是掌握结构内部真实受力状态的有效手段。与单点单一方向应变测试方法不同,设计了沥青路面三向应变的测试方法,并给出了现场布设工艺;最后,进行了不同荷载条件下的动态应变现场实测结果的初步分析。结果表明,沥青路面现场三向应变测试提供的信息丰富,测试结果中能够看出沥青路面具有粘弹特性;不同荷载条件作用下,路面结构的应变响应具有显著的差别,基本随着车辆速度的增大而减小。最后,给出了沥青路面应变现场测试的建议及进一步的研究方向。

Abstract:Dynamic strain measurement of asphalt pavement in-situ plays a reasonably important role on acquiring the real mechanical state within pavement structure. As a result, three-directional strain measurement at a single testing point, jointed with a nylon junction, were designed, which is different from the traditional strain measurement (longitudinal or transverse directional strain at different testing points).What’s more, layout scheme for Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) strain sensors in-situ was presented here at the same time. Finally, the results of three-directional dynamic strain under different loading conditions, i.e. loading magnitude and vehicle speed etc., were compared and analyzed. The results show that, three-directional strain measurement provides more useful information, which shows that asphalt pavement has an observable viscoelastic characteristic. The strain response is different under different loading conditions, whose magnitude decreases with the vehicle speed on the whole. Finally, the recommendations and contents for further in-situ strain measurement research are summarized.
