| 摘 要： | Malmquist指数被广泛运用于经济领域中的效率变化及其原因分析.对厦门城市职业学院＂三校合并＂后的办学效率分析表明,三校合并后的3年中学院在办学效率方面有了很大的提高,效率改进主要是依靠管理水平的提高和制度的规范,学院在人才培养模式创新和高职教育改革等方面还有许多工作需要深化.

| Abstract: | Malmquist index has been widely used in measuring economic efficiency all over the world.This paper uses MI method to measure efficiency changes in Xiamen City Vocational College and explains the functionality of the index.Xiamen City Vocational College has achieved great progress in many aspects which can be measured using a variety of factors.However,this paper shows that the TFP positive change is mainly stemmed from catch-up effect while the technical change plays an insignificant role in its efficiency... |
