摘    要:近年来,我国高度重视物流业的发展,持续推进运输结构调整。多式联运因具有资源整合、绿色低碳、高效降本等特点得到了大力发展,但其在不同运输方式上的数据共享协同却相对滞后,数智化程度较低。电子支付具有方便、快捷、高效、经济等显著优势,发展较为成熟且应用广泛,可以作为提升多式联运数字化水平的有益尝试。文中通过对我国多式联运现状及铁路货运现状进行分析,提出了以铁路货运为核心的多式联运电子支付架构,并根据不同发展阶段的实际进行了模式设计与展望。

Abstract:In recent years, our country attaches great importance to the development of logistics industry and continuously promotes the adjustment of transportation structure. Intermodal transport has been vigorously developed due to its characteristics of resource integration, green and low-carbon, high efficiency and cost reduction. However, in terms of data sharing and coordination among different transport modes, the development of intermodal transport is relatively backward, and the degree of data intellectualization is low. Electronic payment has obvious advantages such as convenience, quick, efficient and economy. Besides, the development of its technologies is mature and widely used in our country. Therefore, it can be used as a beneficial attempt to promote the digital level of intermodal transport. This paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese intermodal transport and the railway freight transportation, proposes the electronic payment structure of intermodal transport with railway freight as the core, and designs the pattern and prospects according to the different development stages.
