Based on analyzing the merits and demerits of the property right reform of our country's SOE, this paper puts forward the r eform and innovation countermeasures of "advancing in regular order, coordinatin g and paying attention to all sides, laying stress on the key points, and execut ing the some policy for the like-kind of events". |
