馈线同轴电缆的全铝化

摘    要:移动基站及布线用馈线同轴电缆受铜价飞涨的影响而使网络建设费用大幅攀升,以铝代铜的方法来降低产品成本是目前行业的一种基本思想和方法。馈线同轴电缆的全铝化就是受此思想的影响而派生的一种新产品。同规格的这种产品的传输性能与全铜产品相比,主要在传输衰减方面略显增加,这种增加也在用户或系统或以忍受的情况下方能成立。本文提出了电缆用的铝材要求、生产过程的注意事项、产品电气与机械传输参数的变化程度等问题,为全铝化同轴馈线电缆的行业标准制定及商用打下基础。

ALUMINUM RF COAXIAL CABLE
Abstract:The price of copper for RF coaxial cable used in communication base station and distribution system is increasing sharply, so that the cost of establishing network is going up also. Gradually, one current solution which is using aluminum material to replace copper is born. Therefore, the aluminum RF coaxial cable is coming up. Compare with copper RF coaxial cable's transmission performance, aluminum RF coaxial cable is worse on the attenuation part, but this drawback is acceptable to some degree. This thesis puts forward the demands of aluminum material, some matters need attention during the producing and the changes on electrical parameters and transmission performance. All in all, the aluminum RF coaxial cable's communication standard which is good for commercial use will be worked out.
