宽带激光熔覆Ni基合金涂层结合区组织结构

摘    要:采用SEM、TEM和EDX对宽带激光熔覆Ni基合金涂层结合区的组织结构进行研究,结果表明,涂层结合区是由白亮带和深色过渡带构成。白亮带为细小的等轴状γ-(Fe,Ni)固溶体组织,其与热影响区的主要结合形态为平直界面型。而过渡带为层片状γE-(Fe,Ni)+(M23(C,B)6。

Abstract:Microstructure of bonding zone of Ni-based alloy coatings produced by broad-beam laser cladding was systematically studied by SEM,TEM,and EDX,The results show thatbonding zone consists of bright-white band and dark transitional band, the former is γ-(Fe,Ni)solid-solution solidified in the form of equal-axis ,which keeps straight interface combinationwith heat-affected zones of the coating, The latter is γ- (Fe,Ni) +M23 (C, B)6 eutectic
