安息香的常规、半常量及微型制备方法的比较与评估

摘    要:为了研究在常规条件下开展小量化实验的可行性,分别按常规、半常量及微型三种方式对安息香的制备方法进行对比实验,结果表明,半常量法优于常规法和微型法。在pH为8-9及适量锌粉存在下,安息香的半常量合成节约实验经费、缩短实验时间、减少污染,有效地提高了实验效率。

Abstract:To study the feasibility of conducting small- sized experiment in common experiment conditions, the three different processes of producing Benzoin, namely the routine, semi- routine and microscale experiments are compared and evaluated. The results indicate semi- routine experiment method is superior to the routine and microscale ones. When pH is 8-9 and some zinc powder exists, the semi-routine chemical synthesizing of benzoin can save experimental funding, shorten the reaction time and reduce pollution. So the efficiency has been greatly improved.
