| 摘 要： | 课堂文化是课堂教学中最深层次的元素，它影响和支配着课堂教学改革的深入开展。当前，高职院校的课堂文化建设中存在着一些问题，职业文化核心价值的传播还不充分。为此，我们应加强教师培训，提高教师的职业文化素质，树立以高职精神为核心的课堂文化育人观，以校企课程文化引领课堂文化的发展，积极探索高职院校课堂文化建设的路径。
