中国法治建设进程面临的困难与对策研究

当前中国法治建设进入了一个崭新的历史时期，并逐步完善形成了一套具有中国特色社会主义的法治理论体系，为推动法治建设进程作出了开拓性的贡献，甚至取得了一系列的重大突破，但与此同时，也存在着许多令人心痛的不和谐的现象，为此从这些不和谐的现象入手，即“高度集权的政治体制、传统观念与‘习非成是’的习惯、立法滞后的制约、有法不依与执法不力、司法腐败”等方面，深入浅出地分析了当前中国法治建设进程中面临的重大困难和严峻挑战，并在此基础上提出了加快中国法治建设进程的“五大”对策建议与措施。

A Study of the Difficulties in the Course of Rule of Law and the Countermeasures

The current rule of law in China has entered a new historical period and gradually formed a theoretical system of the rule of law with Chinese socialist characteristics, making a pioneering contribution in promoting the rule of law and even making a series of major breakthroughs. At the same time, there are also many painful discordant phenomena such as the highly centralized political system, the constraints of legislation lagging behind, ineffective enforcement of the law and judicial corruption. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the great difficulties and tough challenges in the course of China＇ s current building the rule of law and puts forward five suggestions and measures on how to speed up the process of building the rule of law in China.
