根据我国经济发展形势，采用人口地理学、区域经济理论，借鉴历史农业地理研究的成果与方法，提出尽快将陕西现存及潜在农村剩余劳动力这一丰富的资源转化为实在的商品市场资源的战略，提出了原地就业，稳定农业；合理流动，富裕农民以及开辟国际市场等转移策略，旨在促进陕西劳动力资源开发的战略布局早日成型，为实现陕西“九五”计划及“２０１０远景目标纲要”提供了宏观决策理论及微观操作实践方案

Immigration of redundant rural labor force in Shanxi province

In accordance with the Chinese social economical developing trend, by the populational geography principles, the theory on regional economy, as well as latest research results and approaches in historicel geography of Agriculture, a comprehensive research project is conducted which deals with the strategies on the immigration of redundant rural labor force in shanxi province. The project is mainly focused on turning redundant rural labor force, a great potential man power, into a competitive, usable rich man power resource to meet the requirement of labor hands. Bring more works to local people, having reasonable immigration for rural prospering, as well as taking some advantages of international labor hand market are suggested, which will be ensure the fulfiling the ninth five years plan and the implementing the near future planning program by the year 2010.
