摘    要:本文介绍了用于金属化薄膜电容器喷金的新型铝喷金丝性能要求、研究过程、合金的成份配比特点、熔炼特点;介绍了合金的金相组织特点;分析了用新型铝喷金丝喷金的CL21型金属化聚酯膜介质直流固定电容器耐久性、充放电性能,并与国际标准及国内外最新科研成果进行了分析、比较。

Abstract:This paper describes the study processes of the new type of alloy for spraying onthe aluminnium and the characteristics of the properties,composition,melting process andmetallographical structure of the alloy,and analyzes the durability and charge-discharge ofthe fixed metallized polyethylene-terephthalate film dielectric DC capacitors type CL21 thatare sprayed with this kind of alloy,which are also compared with international standard andnewest studv results.
