基于PCB铣边机的铝基板机械加工技术

摘    要:铝基板是一种最常见的金属基覆铜板,因其具有良好的导热性、电气绝缘性和尺寸稳定性,目前已被广泛应用。但铝基扳的机械加工在业内一直是个难题。传统数控机床多为单头加工,加工效率低,而普通的PCB铣边机又无法胜任金属加工,铣边后会产生大量毛刺,影响耐压测试。这些机床通常还需要额外的冷却系统处理加工时产生的热量,操作繁琐且易对板材、环境造成污染。文章通过在一种高性能PCB铣边机上对铝基板的机械加工工艺进行试验研究,提出了合理的加工工艺,在干式切削条件下实现了边缘无毛刺和精度控制的目标,解决了铝基板机械加工中的难题。

Abstract:Aluminum substrate, as the most common metal-based copper clad laminate, has good thermal conductivity, electrical insulation and dimensional stability, and has been widely used. However, machining process of Aluminum Substrate has been a problem in PCB Industry. It is inefficient to process with single-head CNC machine tool, and general PCB Routing Machine can generate large number of burr, thus impact pressure test. So additional cooling system, with the feature of not easy to operate and pollutes the environment, is usually used. In this paper, by using high performance PCB routing machine, Substrate, and achieve the goal of less burr and precision aluminum substrate machining can be solved. we report the best machining process of Aluminum control in Dry Cutting condition.
