石油测井仪器可靠性设计方法研究

摘    要:根据可靠性理论及石油测井仪器的使用环境和结构特点,提出了新的失效率λs和MTBF计算模型来指导测井仪的可靠性设计,指出石油测井仪器可靠性设计方法,应主要集中在电气和机械设计两方面,并偏重于可靠性保障技术及其应用方法的研究。通过调研下井仪常用电子元器件的失效规律,提出了应采取的可靠性保障措施,并对常用的可靠性保障技术及其应用方法进行了阐述。认为避免电子仪骨架、元器件与工作环境内有可能存在的振动产生共振,是石油测井仪器机械可靠性设计的主要任务。

Abstract:Based on reliability theory and oil logging tools' structural specialty, the paper puts forward a new calculation model of s and MTBF used to guide oil logging tools' reliability de signing, points out that oil logging tools' reliability designing method should be concentrated on electrical design and mechanical design, and should pay special attention to study of reliability ensuring techniques. Provides reliability ensuring techniques based on knowing invalidation laws of electrical components used in oil logging tools, discusses reliability ensuring techniques and their using methods. Thinks that it is key task to avoid resonance between tools' chassis, electri cal components and vibrations produced by their working environments.
