| Abstract: | A new kind of urease electrode with glass cloth as an enzyme carrier and glutaraldehyde as a cross-linking agent is described and the properties of this kind of urease electrode, including response time, recovery time, linear range of urea concentration, minimum detectable concentration of urea and the influences of temperature as well as pH value on the response of the electrode, are shown. |
