摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铁基体中的稀土元素Nd和Dy,选择187Re作为内标以校正仪器的信号漂移,Nd和Dy元素的浓度与信号强度线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)分别为0.9998和0.9997,该方法测定Nd和Dy元素的检出限分别为0.02 ng/mL和0.006 ng/mL,平均回收率分别为99.5%和97.4%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为3.5%和4.3%.

Abstract:Neodymium and dysprosium were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- MS). 187Re was used as an internal standard to correct the signal shift of instrument. The concentrations of Nd and Dy were linear with the intensity of signal, and the linear correlations coefficients(r2) were 0.999 8 and 0.999 7, the detection limits were 0.02 ng / mL and 0.006 ng / mL, the average recoveries were 99.5% and 97.4%, RSD were 3.5% and 4.3%, respectively.
