| 摘 要： | 本文以切削加工为例,论述了以最高生产率(最少单件工时)为目标函数,在满足一系列约束条件下,采用线性规划方法求切削参数最优解。并介绍了在喷灌机具零件计算机辅助工艺过程设计系统(PGCAPP)中,切削参数优化的应用情况。

| Abstract: | Application of linear programming to the solution of optimal cutting parameters for the highest productivity ( the least working time per piece ) is dealt with as the objective function with a series of constrainted conditions satisfied . Turning is taken as an example for illustration . Introduced is the application of cutting parameter optimizing to computer aided process planning system for sprinkling equipment parts. |
