Das Kupfer(II)‐indium‐oxidphosphat CuInOPO4 mit α‐Fe2OPO4‐Struktur,dargestellt durch die Oxidation einer Cu/In/P‐Legierung im Sauerstoffstrom

The Copper(II) Indium Oxide Phosphate CuInOPO₄ with α‐Fe₂OPO₄ Structure, prepared by Oxidation of a Cu/In/P Alloy with Oxygen Green single crystals of CuInOPO₄ (orthorhombic, Pnma, a = 774.5(1) pm, b = 661.0(1) pm, c = 730.6(1) pm, Z = 4) were prepared by reaction of Cu/In/P‐alloys with oxygen. The compound is isotypic with α‐Fe₂OPO₄. The structure contains isolated CuO_4/2O₂]‐chains running along 010] formed by CuO₆‐octahedra which are connected by common edges. The chains are linked by phosphate groups and by InO₄O_2/2]‐chains along 100] consisting of trans vertex connected InO₆‐octahedra.
