| Abstract: | Monoclonal antibodies to recombinant HBsAg produced by silkworm (Bombyx mori) larvae were prepared. The cross reactivity of the prepared antibodies was studied by solid-phase enzyme-linked immmunosorbent
assay. It has been found that the prepared antibodies interact with recombinant and plasma HBsAg.
