烧结实训教学系统的设计与研制

摘    要:针对钢铁冶金实训教学要求,设计了符合生产实际的烧结冷态实训装置。控制系统采用一体化控制柜。选用西门子S7-300PLC和紫金桥组态软件实现实训装置控制系统的设计。控制模式包括远程手动控制和就地手动控制两种模式。通过研制与开发烧结预处理仿真模型,可实现教学内容形象化、时空化,拉近课堂与实践的距离。该装置已经投入使用,获得了较好的实训效果。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of practical training of ferrous metallurgy in colleges, we designed the sintering training devices which fits industrial production practical. The integrated control cabinet is adopted in this control system, and the Siemens S7-300 PLC and configuration software are choosing to realize the control system design of training equipment. The control mode includes two kinds of modes, which are remote control and manual control. Through the development and use of sintering training devices, the teaching content can be visualized. This device has been put into use in colleges, and obtained the good training effect.
