基于TOPSwitch反激式高精度开关电源的设计

摘    要:文中以TOP222为例介绍了TOPSwitch单片开关电源的工作原理及设计要点,设计了输入输出电路、箝位电路及反馈控制电路,介绍了用PIExper设计单片开关电源高频变压器的方法步骤,并用该软件设计了反激式电源的高频变压器。在介绍原理、设计电路的基础上研制了2路输出高精度反激式电源,实验结果完全符合技术指标要求,证实了文中原理分析及设计方法的正确性。

Abstract:This paper introduced the working principle and the design points of a top switch single-chip switching pow- er supply based on Top222, and designed the input and output circuit, the clamping circuit and the reaction control circuit. This paper introduced the method and steps of designing single-chip switching power supply high-frequency transformer with PI exper, and designed the high-frequency transformer of the flyback power with the software. On the basis of the principle introduction and the circuit design, 2-channels output flyback power supply with high precision is developed. The experimental result conforms to the technical specification requirement completely, which confirms the correctness of this principle analysis and design methods.
