液压万能试验机单片微机控制系统研究

摘    要:本文提出了液压万能试验机数字电液比例控制系统的设计与控制方法。该系统由单片微机控制器和PWM型电液比例方向阀组成。实验结果表明,采用此种控制系统的液压万能试验机能实现四种控制模式(等速率活塞行程控制、等速率载荷控制、等速率应变控制、等速率应力一应变控制),根据新国标《GB228—87》进行材料拉伸试验。此项研究为新一代液压万能试验机控制系统的设计和国内WE系列液压万能试验机控制系统的改造开辟了一条经济、实用、先进的途径。

Abstract:The design and control methods of a new digital electrohydraulic proportional control system for hydraulic universal testing machine is presented. The system consists of a single-chip microcomputer controller and PWM electrohydraulic proportional direction valves. From the results of experiments, it is shown that the hydraulic universal testing machine equipped with the control system can realize four control modes (i. e. constant speed ram stroke control, constant speed load control, constant speed strain control and tension test control) and tensile test according to GB228-87,the new Chinese national standard. The study provids an economical, practical and advanced way for designing a new type hydraulic universal testing machine and reforming the old control systems of Chinese-built WE series hydraulic universal testing machines.
