固定化细菌降解苯酚的研究

摘    要:通过驯化、筛选和富集,从温州某印染厂的生化曝气池下水道的活性污泥中分离得到一株高效降解苯酚的细菌,初步确定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp.)。该菌株能以苯酚为唯一碳源。最高耐酚浓度为1000mg/L。并采用海藻酸钙对该菌进行固定化。同时研究了不同条件如培养温度、pH、转速、供氧等对固定化细胞降解苯酚的影响。实验结果表明:最佳温度35℃、pH5.0、转速120r/min,在有氧条件下,24h内对100mg/L苯酚降解率可达99%以上。

Abstract:A strain that could effectively degrade phenol was isolated from sewer sludge of printing and dyeing plant through enriching culture method. It was preliminarily identified as Pseudomonas sp. The strain could resist to phenol up to 1 000 mg/L. The bacterium was immobilized with sodium alginate, and used to biodegrade the phenol. The effects of various parameters on the biodegradation of phenol by the immobilized cells such as temperature, pH, rotation speed, aeration were also investigated ,The optimum conditions were as follows: temperature 35℃, pH 5.0, rotation speed 120 r/min and with the oxygen, respectively. The biodegrading rate of immobilized cells on the phenol con- centration of 100mg/L could reach up to 99% under aeration in 24 h.
