摘    要:针对企业员工技能知识点确定及其与企业员工人员的针对性分类划分问题,提出了一种基于对象一属性空间分割技术的企业技能与知识体系构建方法。方法基于角色一业务活动矩阵和业务活动技能知识矩阵导出角色一技能知识矩阵,然后应用对象-属性空间分割技术最终得出合理的技能知识体系。

Abstract:To solve the problem about how to determine the enterprise’s skills and knowledge and classify the skills and knowledge according to the employees who need those,this paper proposes a method which is based on the object-attributes space segmentation approach to build the enterprise’s skills and knowledge systems.The method calculates the matrix of role-skills and knowledge according to the matrix of role-operational activities and the matrix of operational activities-skills and knowledge,and eventually applies the object-attribute space segmentation approach to build a reasonable system of skills and knowledge.
