| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分析经口径路鼻内镜下儿童腺样体切除术的疗效。方法对2004年6月至2005年12月在我科室行经口径路鼻内镜下儿童腺样体切除术的15例病例进行回顾性总结分析。结果15例患者术后恢复良好,无腺样体残留,软腭、咽鼓管咽口无损伤及粘连等并发症。结论经口径路鼻内镜下儿童腺样体切除术,操作直观、安全、创伤小,出血量少,愈合快,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study analysis clinical effect of adenoidectomy by endoscopeic transnasal in children.Method:Retrospeective analysis was made of 15 patients who had received adenoidectomy by endoscopeic transnasal in our department from Jun.2004 to Dce.2005.Result:15 patients recoveried well after the operation,no adenoid was left,no the soft patate injuried and adhesive,no the pharynengeal opening of anditory tube injuried and adhesive exc.complications.Conclusion:Adenoidectomy underwent endoscopic in children is safe approach,and direct-viewing with little bleeding and quick recovery.the method is worthy to apply in clinical use. |
