摘    要:如何将大学生培养为高素质的复合型人才是高等教育面临的一个重要课题。结合高等教育的特点,开展相关的教学改革与学科建设工作,进行光机电复合型人才培养创新体系的构建与实践改革是具有非常重要的实际意义与理论价值的。针对光机电一体化专业的性质和实践的要求,以培养复合型创新人才为目标,讨论了教学模式、教学方法和教学内容的改革思路,并进行了实践教学研究。结果证明:培养光机电一体化复合型人才的这种创新体系是现实可行的,并具有良好的实践价值。

Abstract:It is an important issue for higher education to train inter-disciplinary and high quality talent.The current teaching system is changed and a creative one to meet this condition is built.It is very important to improve teaching reforming and subject construction in both practice and theory.In order to cultivate this kind of talent.The reform concept of the teaching model,methods and its content are discussed.The corresponding practice and research are made.The result shows that the innovation training system is real,and has a good practice value.
