铜、钠和钼离子与牛血清白蛋白作用的荧光光谱研究

摘    要:研究了铜、钠和钼离子对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的荧光强度的影响。铜离子对牛血清白蛋白荧光有明显的静态猝灭现象,其离解常数为2.38×10-4 mol·L-1。氯化钠对BSA溶液的荧光没有影响,说明生理盐水作为生物系统的体液对生命起到很好的保护作用。而钼离子在小浓度时对牛血清白蛋白荧光静态猝灭比较小,当钼离子浓度增加到8.4×10-3 mol·L-1时,则呈现出雪崩猝灭现象。

Abstract:The fluorescence spectrum of bovine serum albumin (BSA) influenced by copper ion, sodium ion and molybdenum ion is studied. The copper ion leads to obvious statistic quenching of BSA fluorescence. The dissociation constant of copper ion from BSA is about 2.38 x 10(-4) mol x L(-1). NaCl does not have quenching action on BSA fluorescence. It was illustrated that physiological saline, acting as the body fluid of organism, has very good protection action for life. The molybdenum ion has small statistic quenching effect on BSA fluorescence when its concentration is small. However, a new kind of avalanche quenching phenomenon occurs when the concentration of molybdenum ion is about 8.4 x 10(-3) mol x L(-1).
