Abstract:The interaction between alkyl imidazolyl ionic liquids,,and bovine serum albumin(BSA)was investigated by fluorescence,UV absorption spectra,fourier transformed IR spectra and NMR spectroscopy,as well as its precursor,Cl.The results show that bothandCl can quench the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA,and that the quenching degree ofis greater thanCl.The results of UV spectra show thatandCl affect the secondary structure of BSA,which is confirmed by fourier transformed IR spectra.The combination oforCl and BSA ca...
