| Abstract: | (S)-and(R)-methyl 2-(2-(5-fluoro-2,4-dioxo-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-1(2H)-yl) acetamido) propanoate enantiomer were synthesized by 5-flurouracil-1-yl acetic acid,L-and D-alanine methyl ester respectively,with N,N-diisopropylcarbodiimide(DIC) /1-Hydroxybenzotriazole(HOBt) as a coupling reagent,in which the yields were 82% and 80%,respectively.The corresponding acid enantiomer,with the yields of 80% and 81% respectively,were obtained after hydrolysis at room temperature.The structures of the compounds were charac... |
