Abstract:CdS nanopaticles were synthesized through interface reaction by using cadmium stearate and thiourea as precursors,octadecylamine as stabilizer at the interface of toluene and ethylene glycol.The effects of reaction times,precursor concentrations and molar ratios between precursor and stabilizer on the synthesis of CdS nanoparticles were studied.The optical properties,morphology and crystalline structures for the synthesized CdS nanoparticles were determined through UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,photolumine...
