微机控制蓄电池寿命实验系统的研究

摘    要:本文对研制成功的一种微机控制蓄电池寿命实验系经进行了报导,着重介绍了该系统的框图和硬软件设计以及以CTC形成的2.5分钟基准时间单元和以译码电路形成的口地址等电路原理和程序框图.根据充电、停止、放电时间的不同要求,该系统可按不同运行方式带16路充电器工作,也可扩展为77台充电器同时工作。具有定时准确,稳定可靠,提高测试精度,减轻劳动强度等特点,可推广应用到各种定时控制系统,为微机应用开辟了新的途径。

Abstract:A report about a successfully developing test system on microcomputer controlling the life test of battery is given in this paper. From the theory analysis of the system, the main introduction is about the system diagram, design of hardware and software. This paper also introduces the circuit principle and the program sketch map of 25 minute reference time unit formed by GTC and the port address formed by decoding circuit. According to the differeent requests of charging and discharging time, this system can work with 16-way chargers in different running modes. It can also be expanded as 77 chargers to work at the same time. It posesses the advantages of accurate timing, stable reilability, raising test accuracy and easing labnur strength and so on. It can be expanded and applied to various timing control systems. It opens up the new way for applications of microcomputer.
