组织胺敏感离子选择性微电极及其应用

摘    要:合成了四对三氟甲基苯硼酸钠和三氟甲基苯硼-组织胺离子缔合牧,以该离子缔合物为对组织胺敏感的电活性物,进行了组织胺离子选择性的研究,同时制备了对 敏感的双通道离子选择性 电极,并对电极进行了考核。

Abstract:Anion selective microelectrode sensitive to histamine has been described in this paper. The synthesis of histamine sensitive 1iquid ion exchanger, being 5% (W/W) tetra(tri- fluoromethylphenyl)boron-histamine compounds dissolved in 3-nitro-xylol,and the fabrica- tion of corresponding two channel microelectrode based on such ion exchanger are reported. The calibration curves and their slopes, selectivity, stability and detection limits for different solutions are observed. Also, a rat hyperresponsive model is developed with intraperitoneally injection of ovalbumin. The ion selective electrode being discussed is used to detect respec- tively the concentration of histamine in rat mast cells before and 3 h. after a challenge with antigen.
