摘    要:基于我国房地产行业发展的现状,根据优化与运筹的相关数学理论,采用BP神经网络、灰色理论、目标规划等方法,建立了住房需求-供给模型、房地产行业与国民经济其他行业关系模型、房地产行业态势分析模型、房地产行业可持续发展模型、合理房价制定模型,对我国的房地产行业作了深入的分析和科学的探讨,给政府相关部门制定决策提供了重要的理论依据.

Abstract:This paper discusses the real estate industry based on its present development situation in China.According to the relative theory of majorization and operational research, we adopt the methods,for instance,BP Nervous net,gray system and goal programming,to establish a series of mathematical models including Housing Demand-Supply Model,model of the relationship between real estate industry and other industries of national economy, analytical model of the trend of real estate industry,sustainable development and rational house price model.The research devotes to the analysis and discussion of real estate industry, which offers important basis for the relative government departments to carry out policy about the real estate industry.
