| Abstract: | Self-assembled tin-based hybrid materials with two levels of hierarchy were obtained spontaneously from the hydrolysis of hexaalkynylorganoditins bridged with an aromatic spacer, while in the case of an aliphatic spacer this phenomenon occurred only in the presence of a surfactant. |
