| Abstract: | Superconducting A1-type Sn, SnSb, Sb, SbTe, Te, Te I and I films were vapour-quenched on glass substrates quench-coated with CaO. The highest transition temperature is exhibited by 100 Å thick 20Sn–80Sb films, which become superconducting at 21.6 K. |
