摘    要:基于阻尼最小二乘法原理改进CPA法。在确定P系数矩阵时引入阻尼因子从而降低其病态程度即对偶然实验误差的敏感程度。此法用于多组分分析,如测定复合维生素B结果良好。

Abstract:A modified CPA method for multi-component analysis based on the principle of damping least square is described. A damping factor is introduced into the p coefficient matrix to reduce the" abnormality"of normal simultaneous equations,i.e.,to increase the sensitivity of p-matrix to the random experimental errors,so that the method canbe applied to multi-component systems. It has been employed successfullyfor the simultaneous determination of multiple vitamin B components in pharmaceutical samples without preliminary separation.
