摘    要:本文研究了用ICP-AES法同时测定硼铁中的主要成分B、Fe及杂质元素、Al、Mn,Si的方法。采用碱熔融法分解样品,选Cd作为内标元素。

Abstract:In this paper,a method has been studies for simultaneors ditermination of major elements B,Feand Anpurity elements Al,Mn,Si in B-Fe by ICP-AES. The sample is decomposed by aikall(Na2O2 +NaOH )fusion method, Cd is used as an internal sta-ndard element. This method is simple,rapid and ac-curate' T he recoveries for synthetic samples are 97. 8% - 102. 0 %,the relative standard deviations areless than l %. The method has been applied to the anabois of B-Fe samples with satisfactory results.
