摘    要:本文用硫酸溶解样品,无需加内标元素,可以同时测定钒酸钇钕酸晶体中Nd,V和Y含量,并取得满意结果,主含量V,Y回收率为99.5%-100.6%,Nd回收率为98.7%-102.4%相对标准偏差均小于1%。

Abstract:A simultaneous determination of Nd, V and Y in crystals Nd3+: YVO4 has been carried aut byICP-AES method. The sample is decomposed with H2SO4. It isn't necessary for internal standard element. A satisfactory results has been found with the rate of recovery of 99. 5% - 100. 6 % for V andY, 98. 7% - 102. 4% for Nd respectively. The relative standard devtation of Nd, V and Y is lessthan 1 %.
