Abstract: | The phase relationship in the pseudobinary Co3V2O8-CoMoO4 system have been determined by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). A new compound Co2.5 VMoO8, stable up to 1080±5°C has been found in the system. The results obtained are presented in the form of a phase diagram.
