摘    要:在醋酸-醋酸钠介质中,铜与DSPCF形成稳定的紫红色配合的,其最大吸收波长为580nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.8×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,显色反应瞬间完成,有色配合物稳定24h以上,铜量在0-0.8mg/L范围内符合比耳定律,用于水样中微量铜的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:A red violete complex of copper() with 1,5di(2hydroxy5sulfophenyl)3cyanoformazan disodium salt(DSPCF) was formed in the medium of HAcNaAc.The wave length of maximum absorbance of complex is 580nm.Apparent molar absorptivity is 4.8104Lmol-1cm-1.The color reaction is accomplish instantly.The colored complex is stable within 24h.Beers law is obeyed in the range 0-0.8mg/L for copper().Satisfactory result was obtained for determination of microamounts copper in water.
