| Abstract: | Through the signal factor and many factor tests of the thin layer of the vegetables andfruits as cowpea on the drying test-bed, in this paper, a research into the affect of medium moisture and medium velocity and pretreament method on the drying rate and quality of drying productsis made. By the test, the range of choosing parameters and the combination of the optimized parameters are obtained. |
