铁磁颗粒夹杂软基体复合材料的制备和特性分析

摘    要:目的制备铁磁颗粒夹杂软基体复合材料,研究其磁学特性和力学特性。方法在室温条件下采用自然固化制备得到铁磁颗粒夹杂软基体复合材料。利用多物理场COMSOL有限元分析软件,研究单向磁场和单轴拉伸下颗粒体积分数对各向异性及各向同性的铁磁颗粒夹杂软基体复合材料特性的影响。结果颗粒体积分数对2种复合材料的相对磁导率及杨氏模量影响很大,且相同颗粒体积分数时,各向异性的铁磁颗粒夹杂软基体复合材料受颗粒体积分数影响更大。结论铁磁颗粒夹杂软基体复合材料的有效性能不仅和材料各组分的比例有关,而且和材料各组分的分布形式有很大关系。

Abstract:Purposes—To prepare the ferromagnetic particles-filled soft matrix composites and to investigate the magnetic and mechanical property of this kind of composite.Methods—T he natural cu-ring method is used at room temperature to prepare the ferromagnetic particles-filled soft matrix com-posites,and the finite element analysis(physical field)software COMSOL is employed to investigate the influence of the particle volume fraction on isotropic and anisotropic ferromagnetic particles-filled soft matrix composites under unidirectional magnetic field and uniaxial tension.Results—The particle volume fraction has a significant effect on the relative permeability and Young's modulus of two kinds of composites.In addition,anisotropic ferromagnetic particles-filled soft matrix composites are more affected under the same particle volume fraction.Conclusions—The effective properties of ferromag-netic particles-filled soft matrix composites is related to not only the proportion of material compo-nents but also the distribution of material components.
