金银花的高效液相色谱指纹图谱和聚类分析

摘    要:采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,在254 nm波长下对15批不同产地和不同品种的金银花进行测定,建立了金银花的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。采用程度相似度计算法结合聚类分析对15批金银花所共有的15个特征峰进行比较分析,从而对其质量和品质进行评

Abstract:It is to establish the fingerprint chromatogram by HPLC.Using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase with gradient elution,the fifteen batches of flos loniceraes from the fifteen different producing area were determined at 254 nm on Agilent TC-C18 column.The extent similarity algorithm was adopted in combination with the clustering analysis to study the fifteen flos lonicerae's fifteen characteristic common peaks,and to evaluate the quality of flos lonicerae.The identification results showed that...
