| 摘 要： | 针对型腔充填过程中的紊流流动，将计及紊流各向异性的简化代数应力模型引入ＰＨＯＥＮＩＣＳ软件中，并通过对确定自由表面界面流率的ｖａｎ Ｌｅｅｒ 格式进行修正，完成了恒温流体充填过程三维时均速度场和自由表面的数值模拟．与实验结果的对比表明，基于ＰＨＯＥＮＩＣＳ软件开发的充填模拟能够对复杂型腔的充填过程进行数值计算

| Abstract: | Numericalsimulation ofthe moldfilling processis made using the simplified algebraic stress model whereby anisotropy of turbulence flow is included by application of the com mercial software PHOENICS.A modified van Leerscheme was also used to determine the convective flux atfree sur face .By comparing theresults with the water modellingexperiments,simulation forthefilling of mold cavity with complex shapeis made possible. |
