| 摘 要： | 轮辋是摩托车的重要部件,由于材料非线性以及接触非线性等原因使得其承载情况十分复杂.应用MSC-patran等前后处理软件建立了轮辋的有限元模型并进行了承载情况下的应力分析,比较了三种不同轮型轮辋的疲劳失效情况,所得结论给生产厂家提供了有效的设计依据.

| Abstract: | The rim is a very important part of motorcycle.The conditions of its load-bearing is complex due to material nonlinearity and geometry non-linearity.The paper analyzes the stress of wheel rib with FEA and compares the fatigue failure of three types of wheel ribs.The result of FEA is effective to its production. |
