| 摘 要： | 本文提出并设计了适用于高功率固体激光器的新型谐振腔．使用腔内衍射滤波器以实现激光束高的光束质量，其衍射损耗作为耦合输出．实验上，获得了近衍射极限的１００Ｗ量级激光输出．

| Abstract: | In this paper, a novel resonator is proposed and designed for high power solidstate lasers, where the diffraction filter is used to get high quality beam, and the diffraction losses are used as useful output. We have obtained experimentally almost diffraction limited laser output with power near 1 00 Watts. |
