| 摘 要： | IPTV是典型的融合性业务,其发展不仅受技术条件、市场需求等因素的影响,管制政策的影响也不可忽视.本文首先分析全球IPTV的发展概况,然后分析各地区的IPTV发展环境,从中可以看出融合开放的管制环境在IPTV的发展中起到了至关重要的作用.

| Abstract: | IPTV is a typical convergent service. The development of IPTV is effected not only by the technology and market demand, but also by the regulatory policy. In this article, we firstly describe the current state of IPTV, and secondly, analysis the development environment of IPTV in some area. We can see that the convergence regulatory environment has played a crucial role in the development of IPTV. |
