多酸修饰二氧化钛纳米管复合膜的制备、表征及其光催化降解甲基橙的研究

摘    要:采用电沉积方法制备了H3PW12O40(PW12)-TiO2复合膜,通过SEM,EDX和XRD等手段,对其组成和结构进行了表征,并考察了该复合膜催化剂对降解甲基橙的催化活性.实验结果表明PW12存在于TiO2纳米管结构中,用PW12多酸修饰的TiO2纳米管比单独的TiO2纳米管展示出更好的光催化性能,由于电子能够从TiO2纳米管导带转移到多酸的LUMO能级,有效抑制了光生电子和空穴的复合,因而使PW12-TiO2复合膜表现出更高的光催化活性.

Abstract:H3PW12O40(PW12)-modified TiO2 nanotubes composite film was prepared by electrodeposition method for the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange.The PW12-TiO2 composite film was characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),which indicated that the tungstophosphates were well introduced to the TiO2 nanotubes.Furthermore,the photocatalytic properties of the TiO2 nanotubes and PW12-modified TiO2 nanotubes were evaluated by the decomposition of methyl orange.The PW12-TiO2 composite film showed higher photocatalytic activity than pure TiO2 nanotubes.These results provide a promising route to effectively photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange by polyoxometaltaes-modified TiO2 nanotubes.
