漆酚铝螯合聚合物的合成研究

摘    要:本文报道漆酚与无水氯化铝反应合成漆酚铝螯合物的方法,并通过测定反应过程HCl析出量、产物含铝量,并用红外光谱、质谱,研究其结构特征。实验表明,部分螯合的漆酚铝螯合型高聚物涂料,具有优良的物理机械性能和优异的耐热性能。

Abstract:Urushiol-aluminium chelate polymers were synthesized by reaction of urushiol and aluminium chloride. Polymers with different aluminium content were obtained through different urushiol-AlCl3 molar ratios. IR spectra showed that new peaks appeared at 580-660 cm-1, and peake at 3200-3500 cm-1 greatly weakened, We can conclude new compound was formed after, reaction. The weakness and disappearance of double bond absorption indicated the urush-iol-aluminium chelate converted to polymer during reaction. MS results showed urushiol and AlCls formed chelate compound initially. Coatings made from these chelate polymers possessing excellent physico-mechanical properties and good heat-stability.
