| Abstract: | It sums up how anesthetic techniques are adopted in 21 cases of treating inveterate epilepsy by selective incision of corpus collosum.It is assumed that mixed general intravenous anesthesia,with fast revulsion,is preferable.During an operation, inhalation of isoflurane or enflurane,as auxiliary anesthetic agent and of low concentration,heightens the effect. |
